The freedom of choice belongs to each individual and when a pedestrian has the green light & the law and is smashed by a red light running, power hungry Mac Truck, the pedestrian remains smashed! However, a lean mean fighting machine fast on his feet, would dodge that Mac Truck, chase that law breaking power hungry driver down and kick his butt around his shoulders, metaphorically speaking. Congratulations all three branches of the United States Government, you did it! With three wrong answers, you've managed to totally undermine the entire constitutional foundation on which our country was built upon. That has to be an upcoming biggest United States Supreme Court Case in the History of America!

Your state of mind is most likely anger, especially if you are or were an American Soldier, I understand! I was an American Soldier myself and would be angry at me too as I remember the fervor of drilled in discipline to think speak in unison with the chain of command! The power of the military to reach into our very existence places walls in one's mind that may never be penetrated. Those powers are cool for building character, but to use such patriotic discipline to separate a Soldier from his constitutional oath is an inconceivable paradox that has asked many Federal Questions arising under our Constitution for addressing the walls I speak of that are still within me as they are within you!

My perseverance to stay a Soldier for our Constitution after hanging up the uniform addresses those walls, and I say with all my heart that this Soldier within me requires the issuing of this website and to boldly face any repercussions that it may have! I'm scared, but not a coward for our Constitution and if you are still angry, well the Young Soldier within me would be angrier at this Older and Wiser Soldier if I did not honor my U.S. Army oath to our Constitution. It has provided eye opening dramatics during Iraq War protests in 2006 at DC Camp Democracy with citizens and military veterans, but most importantly, the real patriotic service resulted from an intense 4-year legal protest of the Iraq War as a pro se in the Federal Courts, see Trackwell v. United States, Case 06-3003, (10th Cir. 2007) that includes numerous correspondences with the United States Supreme Court.

All fighting Soldiers, past, present, and future, gives all Americans freedom of expression and in this case, it gives this Concerned Soldier the First Amendment Right to freely issue this website to all of you! Getting into the Constitution like I have has propelled my sole into the roots of America and that makes I appreciate all Soldiers more than you can imagine, especially the ones that have and are currently fighting in Iraq! They are simply HEROES and in my opinion their heroic jobs were finished years ago and are now required to come home  to  their   loved  ones!
